REAL ESTATE MANAGER

Job Specifications o Real Estate Management professionals understand and implement the corporate and market unit objectives and develop, implement, and support corresponding real estate strategy and plans that align with those objectives. These roles are focused within one of four areas of specialization, including Business Partners, Transactions (building leases), Capital Projects (building related) and real estate activity related to ventures and acquisition leases. Together these professionals provide critical oversight - ensuring real estate activities are aligned with commercial objectives and risk management - and utilize consistent data, strategy and industry knowledge, helping drive value indecision making and forward planning on lease deals and activities, as well as strong execution of capital projects. o Business Partners work with leadership to understand the business real estate needs and enable real estate strategy development. o Transactions professionals handle all building lease transactions from strategic development, commercials through lease execution.
